Our facilities offer versatility to serve every event. Let us host your business meeting, anniversary party, fund-raising event, banquet, luncheon, wedding ceremony, birthday and Christmas party. Photos can be booked by appointment. The air conditioned hall hosts up to 110 people seated for meals with a dance floor, or 175 seated in a theatre style setting. Our facility is air conditioned for the warm months and offers in floor heating in winter. Our 8 foot tables, and grey cushioned chairs are included in your rental cost. Outside garden chairs are available for rent.

Ceremonies can be outside in the garden or in our refurbished shed. Your reception may be held indoors in the special occasion hall.

Catering services are available on-site in our full service kitchen. Our menu can be adjusted to suit your taste. The facility is not licence, therefore to host a licensed event you will need to provide your own Special Occasions Permit, and choose one of our approved bartenders or contact the Chesley Legion who offer their bar services to our facility.

WEDDING RENTAL OF HALL, KITCHEN, BACK YARD
Use of yard and outside shed from 1:00 to 7:30 pm day prior to wedding for set up, decorating and for rehearsal the evening prior. Use of the yard and outside shed the day of the wedding for ceremony and photos as long as required. Garden chairs included and set up by facility as per your direction and use of bathroom facilities.
(Appetizers can be prepared and served by facility as per your direction. Cost will depend on what is served.) Alcohol is not permitted on the grounds or in any part of the facility

  • A damage deposit may be requested on rental of the hall. A checklist prior to use will be reviewed and will be readdressed after the event. Should all items on the list be positive the deposit would be refunded. 
  • The damage deposit is in the amount of $150.00
  • Hall chairs are not allowed outside. For weddings in the yard you will be required to use rental chairs. (we have chairs available for rent)
  • Applicable taxes to be added where required
  • Sound system available on request
  • Please note: If you use our outside chairs and are planning your ceremony outside, in the event of rain we require 2 hours notice if the set up is to change to inside the facility by calling 519-374-3239.
  • HST to be applied to all rental items facility.

MENU OPTIONS

At no extra cost we can do "garlic mashed potato" or oven roasted potatoes. We will cater to vegetarian guests. If we serve a main dish to sedignated guests there will be no extra charge, and they will proceed to the buffet, however if you wish the vegetarian option on the buffet an extra charge will be applied, based on the total number of guests.

You may choose to have ONE HOT VEGETABLE SERVED, and then add a salad from the following: Pasta, Asian noodle, bean, spinach or marinated carrot.

If you wish the two hot vegetables and wish to add a salad from the above list an additional .95 cents per person will be added to the cost.

***If you choose to use an outside catering company there will be a $300.00 plus HST fee added to your billing.

We will accommodate diet restrictions but must be informed at the time of booking. The above menu is a sample only, please let us know what you would like served. Additions or changes to the menu above may generate an additional fee.

We do not charge a corking fee, and will set the wine you provide on the guests tables at no extra charge.
